    • Monitor client position and margin level

    • Respond clients enquiries and keep alerted on market movement

    条件描述

    • Diploma holder or above

    • Holder of SFC license Type 2

    • Or passed HKSI Licensing Paper 1,7,9 are also welcome

    • Have knowledge of Futures Market

    •Willing to work in shifts (mainly middle and night shift)

    •Able to work on HK holiday

    •Familiar with E-sunny system will be advantage

    •Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

    职责描述

    • Oversee and monitor the overall daily operations of the company and ensure the daily operations are complied with SFC regulations

    • To review and improve the current workflow and operation procedure and supervise subordinates to ensure the operational procedures have been strictly followed

    • Handle compliance cases and complaints

    • Assist to supervise the Dealing Department to ensure the compliance with the statutory regulations and internal policies

    • Supervise and manage the daily brokerage operations, including new account opening, account maintenance, and customer services the product coordinator to provide customer services

    • Being the product coordinator to establish, maintain and apply the minimum standards in process for selecting, evaluating and maintaining the approved products list

    • Prepare for setup private fund and liaising with the regulator, auditor and Legal

    条件描述

    • At least 10 years relevant experience in fund management industry especially in fund operation

    • Holding AMAC License is a definite advantage

    • Handing SFC application for type 4 and 9

    • Previous experience in handling Cayman and China Funds is preferable
